Horse and pony Re homing can assist you in finding a loving home.
WE CAN HELP WITH ANY OF THE FOLLOWING
Owners seeking a permanent or temporary home for their equine by placing it in the care of an Equine Re-homer either on a foster care basis, full Adoption contract or complete transfer of ownership
Owners wishing to loan out a horse or pony on a temporary or permanent basis Owners wishing to part share their horse or pony(we can match you with sharers in your area)
Owners unable to continue to care for their Horse or Pony who need to find a permanent home and full transfer of Ownership.
Horse and Pony Re homing will prepare both loan,share contracts and retain a copy on their database You retain Ownership of your Equine and a contract will be drawn up by Horse and Pony re-homing DATABASE and The Shetland Pony Welfare Trust to protect the ownership of your horse and pony. Copies of Contracts are securely retained on our Database and can be updated where necessary
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP IS only 19.50 this includes the registration of one Equine onto the HORSE & PONY RE-HOMING UK DATABASE Should you wish to enter more than one Equine onto the database a additional fee of 9.50 per horse or pony is required.
Should we find a suitable home for your horse or pony we ask that you make a min donation of 50.00 to The Shetland Pony Welfare Trust and set up a small monthly donation to help us to continue to support the rescued ponies in our care

A MEMBERSHIP Donation fee is required of 10.00 per year. TO REHOMERS this includes registration of your profile onto our database until a suitable equine is found
Horse and Pony Re-homing do ask for a min donation of 50.00 to be made to The Shetland Pony welfare Trust plus 50% of the 75.00 contract fee should a suitable horse or pony be found for you to Adopt /Foster/loan or share
Re-homers will require to be home checked and have relevant knowledge and experience in caring for a horse or pony All that we require is that you are a full member and should you find a suitable equine that also set up a small regular monthly donation to the Shetland Pony Welfare Trust Registered Charity 1093364 to help support the rescued ponies in their care.
Horse and Pony RE-HOMING UK DATABASE will prepare all agreements and contracts in respect of Adoption,Fostering,loan ,or Share arrangements. Copies of contracts are securely retained on the Database
A administration fee of 75.00 is charged to prepare and hold contracts on our data base this fee is to be split between the owner and the Equine Re-homer when a suitable home has been found
